By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the win1win platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify win1win immediately through the available support channels.
• Win1win reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large transactions or sensitive account detail changes.

Win1win accepts deposits via approved Malaysian local payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited directly to your account balance.

• All registered payment methods must be in the same name as the win1win account holder. win1win does not accept deposits from third parties.
• If a deposit fails to process on the payment system's end but the amount has already been deducted from your source, please contact win1win support with proof of transaction within 24 hours.
• Win1win is not liable for any failures or delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment service providers.

General Terms for All win1win Bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) a set number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Example: A MYR 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager MYR 1,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds.
• Time limit: Every bonus has a set time limit to meet the wagering requirements. Once the time limit expires, any remaining bonus balance that has not met the requirements will be automatically forfeited.

• Use of automated software such as bots, scripts, or AI tools to automate gameplay or betting decisions on the win1win platform.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities — if you discover any errors or bugs in the system, you are required to report them to win1win immediately and must not exploit them for personal gain.

• Money laundering — using the win1win platform to invest, conceal, or convert funds derived from illegal sources.

• Threats or harassment toward win1win support staff or other members of the platform.

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud, system manipulation, or any unlawful activity.
• Inaccurate or unverifiable registration information.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with no transaction activity.

Members who wish to close their own account may contact win1win support. All valid balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification is complete.

Win1win provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, bugs, or technical errors at all times. That said, win1win is committed to resolving any technical issues promptly once they are detected or reported.
